Research shows that training is for better and worse. The training can be no better than the trainer; trainers create the experience.
From the very beginning Ridge has been dedicated to the craft of training. In fact, at our clients' request we even developed a course by the same name. We believe the best trainers have certain qualities essential to learning:
- They are exemplars of the skills they teach.
- Beyond being great presenters, they're great skill coaches.
- They maintain flexibility in the group environment, and are still able to achieve the course objectives.
